Super 8 by Wyndham Lubbock West

The location was very convenient to nearby shopping centers and the event we were in town to attend.

Being texted 3 hours before check in that our reservation would be cancelled if we didn’t call and pay for the first night up front when we clearly booked a pay at the hotel option was concerning. We even called the hotel 2 days before our trip to reconfirm and never once was it mentioned we needed to pay up front. I understand if the hotel is sold out but that was not the terms we agreed to when we booked and the manager said they have the right to change the terms of our stay because it was sold out. The room was decent, it did have an old smell to it and because it was sold out there were no other options to move to, the deadbolt was completely snapped off the door and missing. The breakfast was not good at all, watery eggs, hard as a rock biscuits, watered down juice options

Great location staff was super professional and friendly and Ruby was awesome.

The lady at the front desk was nice and welcoming.

Room smells like smoke even through it’s a non smoking room. Everything looks old and worn out . The mattress box spring was dirty.

Staff was amazing. Even found me a thin pillow since I cad br sleep with the thick pillows. Thanks see you again.

Not much to like honestly.

Nothing really the room was super dirty the floor Was sticky, I had to ask the manager to mop the floor I found boogers on the wall among other things. I couldn’t get the door open either I had to get the manager to open it.

That we got a suite and didn’t get charged for it due to the fact that our room wasn’t clean at 3’0 clock.

When checked in by 3’oclock and our room wasn’t clean the staff said it will be ready by the time we get back we arrived around 10’oclock and it still wasnt clean she then moved us to a suite. Which was fine.Staff was friendly by the way.
