Eddie, I believe the general manager, welcomed us for our stay. He was thorough and welcoming. He asked about pets and when I mentioned I have a cardiac alert service dog he was very aware and knowledgeable about the laws surrounding service animals. He made sure to make it known that he would tell the staff there was someone in the building with a service dog and that they would see me and my dog near the pool, through out the hotel and even at breakfast the next morning. He made jokes and talked us through policies and when he realized that the disability access room we reserved wasn’t ready, he bumped us up to allow me to still have a disability friendly room for the stay

The key card kept not working for the doors both exterior and our room door and the remotes for the tvs didn’t seem to work very well but that’s about it
