"The stay was amazing aside from the small issues we had it couldn’t have been any better"

The pool, the staff the evening guy is amazing very nice and is very patient and goes above and beyond at resolving issues

218, when I got in there I had to make one of the beds.and there was trash and the toilet was backed up. In 224 there was a 6 pk of empty beer cans in the cabinet

"It was okay but not very comfortable. This hotel’s updates are too nice to not be kept clean. Cleanliness goes a loooong"

The updates were very nice.

The room was NOT very clean. There was hair left in the bathtub from the prior stay, the floors were dirty and sticky. There were handprints on the walls. Leftover food in the fridge. The halls had a smell. The elevator obviously wasn’t kept maintained as it took forever to close and function.
