The staff were really friendly and helpful although I didn't complain to them because I needed a room and everywhere else is pretty much sold out

Been in the room was very uncomfortable The refrigerator didn't work The heater didn't work and the people above us mean noise most of the night and early in the morning we didn't get much sleep for 2 days that we were there

The room was booked as 2 queen beds and we were given full size. There were white stains on the walls of the room. The door handle was so unsecure that you had to pull then lift the handle and even then it would still get stuck. The office chair in the room was full of white stains. The tvs didn't work. The gym was not usable even tho that was one of the reasons why we booked this location. The whole experience was just horrible. I got charged twice for the room because of the their system.i included a picture of the wall.

Not too much.

Completely dated hotel with an elevator that seemed as if it was gonna fail any second. The couch was deeply stained. Not all the lamps worked. The television was terrible quality. Just a bad experience overall and not worth it

"Our night before seeing the dr"

The employees were really nice. The bed was very comfortable. The location was perfect .

That they closed the pool right after we checked in with no kind of explanation. The breakfast area really needs to be updated. The food was great but the cabinets are in really bad shape. There was one that the doors were barely hanging on
