"does not accommodate!"

I requested to modify dates and the manager there never does anything to accommodate, they blame booking. I called both booking and super 8 and NEITHER works this out for me. it’s been since May 2nd back and forth with booking and super 8. Neither can issue a refund either. I will never book at Super 8 or use booking again. Absolutely ridiculous. I never checked in and the front desk checked me in themselves.
