"Wonderful resort. Highly recommend if someone wants a quiet and relaxed stay."

Liked the fact that it was a boutique resort (not a massive property) and the staff were very friendly and attentive. Not only was the property right on the beach but also the famous Jimbaran beachfront cafés were just a 10 min walk away on the beach. The pool was lovely and the fact that it didn’t feel crowded even in mid June was the biggest plus.

The staff are outstanding at the Belmond. Lovely people and we felt at home. They made our anniversary really special. It’s also amazing value for money. Whilst the decor is slightly dated, it’s part of the charm and the service is another level. The beach location is also beautiful.

The room and design of the hotel were so authentic and comfortable. The staff and service were above and beyond amazing. The breakfast was spectacular!

It would be great to have a gym, sauna and spa available and the food could be better (lunch and dinner). The menu was really long menu and perhaps if they narrowed it down and focused on certain foods it could be better.
