THE KNOT SAPPORO

A great choice for Sapporo – the location is incredible, such a central and lively spot, close to all the action. The view from the 12th floor was incredible. Our twin bedroom was spacious, with a lovely bath and shower, and comfy beds. The staff were very friendly and check-in was easy. There are some flaws (eg breakfast) but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it, especially as it was good value for money. It's also easily accessible from the train station, and you can wheel your luggage through an underground tunnel/shopping arcade all the way from the station (20 mins walk).

The breakfast was poor. We were given a choice of two 'main dishes': chicken or beef (nothing for vegetarians). Then there was a breakfast buffet with a few options, but really not great. That said, the coffee and tea were excellent, and the staff were kind. The Knot in Tokyo has an incredible bakery so it's a shame this one doesn't have great catering. Secondly, when we checked in, we were given the key to our room, and we opened the door to find another guest's belongings and luggage. It seemed to be a genuine mistake but it was quite unnerving. (We were quickly given a key to a different room)

清潔工人很懶惰兼求其。第二晚 晚上7時垃圾仍然在 毛巾沒有换。我只用過洗臉巾 和地下冲完凉用來抹腳巾 。其實我已將所有垃圾放在用一個膠袋兼打過圈 ，只須拿走袋垃圾，不用換垃圾筒內的膠袋，全間房有兩個細小垃圾桶一個在枱下 一個在浴室 我將所有垃圾 放在枱下垃圾桶，到了第三晚 終於丢了垃圾，到第四晚 洗臉巾只換1條 因晚上7點回來 兩條洗臉巾 第一條依然濕 抹腳巾（自己尋）地下沒有抹腳巾。 浴缸邊沒有抹腳巾 ，整間尋 終於 條抹腳巾放在最高位置。在浴巾上 ，至於樽裝水只在第三晚有，自己落樓下seico Mart 買。或自己煲水。至於有沒有吸塵 上帝才知，我巳經盡力保持清潔。比自己屋企更清潔，不如每層樓 放個垃圾桶， 毛巾 ， 吸塵機 ，叫住客自助。😡😡😡
