Accueil du personnel, très aidant. Situation dans un quartier animé, proche de restaurants, magasins et Pole Town. Bien désservi par le métro.

Une bouilloire et de l'eau en bouteille dans la chambre mais pas de café / thé / tisane

Very good location. Room is clean and spacious compared to Tokyo hotels. The hotel also gives us a voucher for a complimentary drink in the bar for every night we stayed

"No cleaning"

The location is great. Close to many eateries and shopping. Directly linked to the underground shopping all the way to sapporo station

I know it is a standard now many hotels in japan only does cleaning every 3 days and im totally fine but this hotel has no cleaning even when i stayed 5 days. Thats way too many days without cleaning so eventhough the location is good there are many hotels around that area too. Will not stay again

よく泊まっていますが、今回は介護対応のような部屋で、トイレとお風呂が一緒で、都会的なイメージを期待していたのに残念な気持ちになりました。
