ITl’entrata con l’accoglienza top!! la parte della piscina stupenda, anche del buffet e della sala davvero spaziosa, monolocale spazioso, c’è tutto! posizione eccellente , colazione e cena davvero ottima ogni giorno c’era qualcosa di diverso, prezzi del bar davvero ottimi? consiglio vivamente questa struttura!!
Excellent hotel, been to Tenerife many times and this is the best hotel we have stayed in, great location, rooms immaculate and staff are very friendly, nothing too much trouble, we were half board and food was good, you can swap evening meal for lunch without any trouble which we did on a few days, Pool area is good, plenty sun beds, people are still putting towels down but there are still plenty beds. Location is good, great for walkers, entertainment every second night which we enjoyed, we would definitely book it again
We have just returned from an 11 night stay. I cannot fault the amazing staff at this hotel. They really are very accommodating and seem happy in their workplace. They went above and beyond when I had to make a last minute change to our booking to include my daughter. I cannot single out any member as they all work tirelessly to make sure your stay is amazing! This is my 4th visit to Tenerife and by far the best accommodation Ive stayed in ( previously staying in 4star properties). The food choices weren't always to our liking for dinner but you can change this to dine at lunch time if you would rather, and have bar snacks. The hotel is spotlessly clean. It is quite quiet during the day so suited to couples or maybe families with older children. I would return due to the fabulous staff and location of the hotel. The fact that its within walking distance to, Las Americas, Puerto Colon and Adeje is just a bonus.

Perfect location, we went all inclusive but it is not really all inclusive as there are no snacks available after the lunch is served, WiFi works around the pool area but in our room it does not work at all [room number 240] it seems every other room works fine ,been to complain to reception numerous times, got fobbed off ,it's a bit of a let down to be honest
