Clean spacious rooms. Bathroom and shower very good and water pressure excellent. It was lovely to have a fridge to keep water cold. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Helpful when we had to book taxis, etc. Pool was lovely and we were also able to get a bed. This was a sisters trip, we were very happy to stay here. Near to beach and shops, good area to go for walks every morning. Would highly recommend, and comeback but possibly for us we would book breakfast only as we were not impressed with the buffet for dinner. Just a personal taste.
What can we say that’s not already been said! Best hotel in Costa Adeje (and possibly Tenerife!) and all due to the professionalism and friendliness of the Hovima Panorama team. We don’t even think about staying anywhere else. Fantastic pool and bar areas, fabulous food but, best of all, the friendliest team we’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting!

GBWe stayed in this hotel in Aug 2024 and Aug 2025. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. I cant fault one single aspect. The apartment was amazing and had everything we needed and more. The best aspect of this hotel is by far the staff. The pool bar staff and reception staff were absolutely 1st class and they are the reason we keep returning to this hotel. We look forward to seeing the staff again in Aug 2026 for 10 days.
Our second stay at this wonderful hotel celebrating my partner's 70th birthday with family ,the reception staff and waiters waitresses give 100% to ensure your holiday is perfect. The hotel is spotless including rooms all round and the pool area is well kept too, The food is lovely has lots of choices and carers for all tastes and ages I can't fault a thing and the central location near the sea front gives easy access to the harbour bars and las Americas 10 min walk away we can't wait to return in December again for Xmas .thanks again bob and Sharon
Lovely hotel! Nice welcome from Carolina on reception. Everywhere very clean. Friendly staff, plenty of choice at mealtimes. We will definitely return and I recommend the Hovima Panorama Hotel!
