To be honest, I didn't like many things about our stay. The weather was a bit cold so when I asked the staff, they changed the AC to heating mode. Furthermore on my birthday I received a wine, which was definitely a nice touch. And that was all.

The whole place is a fraud. I’ve stayed in hotels with ratings over 8.0 and others rated 7.0 or less; this place felt like a 7 at best, and I’m being generous. The photos are amazing, the photographer deserves a raise because the owner is making a lot of money off their work. The entrance was hard to find, the staff barely spoke English, and their manners were questionable. The room was a dark rathole with zero privacy. Our view was directly onto the beach buffet, where people could sit, sip their beer, and look straight into our room. Your only choice was a darkening curtain or no privacy at all. We chose complete darkness. Did I mention the bugs?? Be prepared, there are plenty of them!!!! Also, when you drain the bathtub, the used water flows back up through a hole in the floor. The food was poor quality, mostly frozen goods fried in oil adding some extreme low quality desserts and unmature fruits. If you want to go veggie, forget it...poor quality, not changing, boring. At dinner they once served Wiener Schnitzel...Ich lebe in Österreich, bitte. Extreme dry, no taste. Their fishes salty as hell and I'm saying that as a Hungarian. Breakfast not changing at all. (srry pancakes to churros and back, sometimes you can have mushrooms) That was low quality as well. One day, we ate fresh calamari and Canarian potatoes at a different restaurant; that same evening, the hotel served frozen calamari (likely from Mercadona). On top of that, I got a gastrointestinal infection that lasted four days and forced me to take sick leave. Since I hadn't eaten anything outside the hotel the previous day, I'm fairly certain the hotel food was the cause. Even if you want to go out at night, I recommend going in a group. There are groups of people loitering on the beachside who made us feel unsafe. The neighborhood felt 'glitchy' and too Americanized. Casinos, loud music, and questionable security. This isn't the real Tenerife!

Stayed here as a family of 3 with our 11 month old. Staff were all lovely and very friendly and helpful. The pool was great it’s a bit heated so not as cold as other pools we have experienced. Nice pool side cafe and good amount of sun beds. Rooms were a great size and lots of space for us with our little one. Bed was comfy enough and a cot was provided on request. Location was great close to beach and walking distance of lots of restaurants, bars, shops, etc. We had breakfast and dinner included - good selection of food at both generally always something we would eat. High chairs provided. We swapped our dinner for lunch one of the days which is served by the pool you just have to let them know the day before.

Nothing that would stop me recommending but the shower pressure wasn’t great so found it took ages to wash my hair. Also found my feet got very dirty walking around the apartment with no shoes on so wasn’t ideal for our little one to crawl around. But appreciate we probably bought some of the dirt in. Would just have liked it to be cleaner after the cleaners had been.

We stayed in a 2 bed superior apartment at Hovina Panorama for 5 nights from February 18th last. We found the apartment modern and spacious. The seaview is fab! The location was excellent close to everything. The staff were so friendly and helpful, especially Patricia on reception. We would highly recommend!
