The town of Deidesheim is a small but very charming town. There are vineyards right on the edge of town. Beautiful area. Hotel had bike hire on site which was one of the reasons that I selected it. Hotel was excellent - great breakfast. I would definitely stay in this hotel again.

Friendly amazing staff! They were very accommodating on our early arrival.

We stayed 2 nights. Towels were of very cheap quality and over-used. Hardwood floor in room was worn. Bad smell from sewer in bathroom. Breakfast buffet was very good. Personnel was friendly.

free wifi throughout the property would be a nice improvement if you are staying there. 30 mins free only in the lobby is kinda cheap. otherwise it is a nice property with a serene lake behind and vineyards in the the front.

hotel refused prepaid halfboard. I was critizized for not booking direct. the room was not cleaned. attitude re problem resolutin was horrible. hotel is dated. avoid.

This hotel looks great on paper, but the service felt arrogant. I travel for business very frequently and all over the work, and I have never felt so uncomfortable sitting in a hotel restaurant by myself - I was treated like a second class customer, possibly because I spent less money than the group of retired gentlement on the table next to me. This might be a good hotel to visit for a romantic break, or as a group of friends, but it is not the best for single (business) travellers, in my opinion. In terms of cleanliness, quality of food, internet and spa - all was fine.
