Beautiful place and location. Our room was just not what we had expected. But the staff were fantastic, especially the guys at the bar! Super friendly and helpful. Location was wonderful with a stunning view.

Room was just a bit disappointing.

Such a beautiful hotel in such a prime location Nothing was too much trouble. This was our second visit for our anniversary, we received an upgraded room to a sea view and a bottle of fizz waiting in our room . There will be many more visits from us.

Beautiful hotel in a great location with amazing views of Vesuvius. Pool area is lovely set within pretty gardens. Staff were very nice and made me feel comfortable as a solo traveller. Breakfast was amazing.

The room was very small and overlooked a noisy tourist spot. No lift within the hotel grounds as stated in the description but there is a public lift in close proximity for a small charge.

"We had a wonderful week."

AFTER WE WERE MOVED TO THE ROOM WE EXPECTED TO HAVE,EVERYTHING WAS FINE.

The room my daughter had was next to building being renovated next door. The lift was not working down to harbour and had to get taxi as I could not manage the stairs.
