All excellent - location, room, view and especially staff, who were very welcoming and accommodating. I don't think there was a better hotel for us, and I have no hesitation in recommending it.

No hot drink facilities in the room Housekeeping was a bit lax, possibly just a bit rushed The size of the bathroom would accommodate a separate shower and bath as the over the bath shower was a bit dated and did not work fully.

Das Hotel hat eine traumhafte Lage direkt am Golf von Neapel. Aus dem Frühstücksraum schaut man über die Bucht. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und zugewandt und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben selten so freundliches Personal erlebt, insbesondere im Service. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist hervorragend und abends gibt es an der Bar ausgezeichnete Drinks. Der Garten mit Pool ist eine Oase.

Excellent location, very central and easy to get around from the hotel. It is worth paying the extra for a sea view, as it is a spectacular view of Mt Vesuvius across the bay of Naples. Very old building with traditional Italian decor, staff are friendly and helpful and hotel was very clean.

The room was small, and the shower was tiny. However, the balcony and sea view made up for it.
