"Great location, good hotel"

Warm staff, lovely public spaces and pool area. Great location

Room decor was bland. From when I visited two years ago, they have overstuffed the dining room area with tables and chairs, the beautiful elegant front room is now a over crowded with furniture, and the patio is the same story. There was a lovely inviting minimalism the last time and now it looks like a dining hall.

"Delightful Heritage Hotel"

The ambiance of this heritage property was delightful . The Library suite was huge and very comfortable . The internal courtyard pool was lovely . The staff were very attentive and the a la carte breakfast was scrumptious .

I would have preferred cushions on the wicker chairs which were uncomfortable .

You can do all of Galle on foot from this beautiful and comfortable hotel. Breakfast was delicious and we liked the interiors in the room and having a pool for a dip before or after exploring Galle.

"Perfection in Galle."

Everything. Breakfast was superb, the location perfect for exploring Galle and the room very quiet and comfortable. The staff could not have been more helpful and sweet.
