Rented a suite room pull out couch was not made or vaccumed we waited 40 minutes for a clean sheet so my little brother could go to sleep on the pull out mattress. Got texted a number to text for any issues I let them know the issues and they didn’t get resolved also the couch had lots of stains on it

The pictures make it look better than the reality of it. The suite smelled. The ceiling looked like it was going to fall apart. Not very clean overall

Room surfaces were clean

It was very noisy! The people across from and next to me were playing very loud music and fighting. I complained twice. Staff tried to fix the problem, but noise continued for hours. Room smelled strongly of cigarettes

It’s in a decent part of town.

Upon arrival, I was given room 117 and just walking in I noticed things were kind of dirty. The floor had a bunch of crumbs and other dirt like it had been vacuumed in a few days I get to my room open the door and there’s an instant smoky musty, damp smell so I politely go back to the front desk and let them know and request a new room. I was then given room 100 which was by an entry point and my room did not have about 3 inches of the door from the ground so there was constant noise and bug bugs. I eventually put down a towel over all the room was not very clean. It was an advertised the way that I received it. I definitely took some photos and videos and will not be recommending any of my family or friends in the future unfortunately

Smell of marijuana in the hallways, no hair dryer-has them listed for an amenity, breakfast food wasn’t warm. People shouting, literally, outside my door at 1:24am, no staff came to calm anyone down & no cops called-it was horrible shouting and swearing. Parking lot is full of holes. I’ve stayed here 8 years and that was my last

Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Pretty good for the price..

Breakfast is just ok, but for the price I'm not complaining.

They need more handicap rooms

We didnt even stay and im still trying to figure out how to get my money back. We went to check in and the entire place was disgusting from the floors not being swept tiles not being mopped and odors all throughout the hotel. Missing tiles on the ceiling near the staircase with molded and dripping pipes exposed. Hand prints left on headboards of the beds in the rooms.
