My room was changed but they gave my new room to someone else after we had keys already. until they entered and saw my personal items in the room, which someone moved or tossed my clothing on the bed. I dealt with 3 different front desk and no one communicated my issue to the next. The system doesnt connect to the key machine. Getting a managers name was like pulling teeth. Horrible place to stay. There were 5 other unhappy guest in the lobby upset as well getting no help. The manager/Chris that cant make decision was very short with me trying to tell me they get death threats so they dont give managers names. That sounds like a issue of the horrible service theyre giving here. Ive never heard of that in all the traveling Ive done. He telling me the manager off work she deserve a day off but he is a acting manager Chris Patel said he the manager. Rudely walked away from me as I was talking very calmly I might add. Every single staff I spoke to past me on to someone else it was a vicious cycle with no one helping at all. This is a privately owned LaQuinta dont waste your money or your time. If I could have given them a zero I would have. I was told by 2 staff I would be discounted or not charged neither happened and I was charged st check in instead of check out.

Réservé par boiking mais l'hôtel n'avait pas la réservation. On a payé 35 dollars de plus par chambre soit 105 dollars.
