"Super Hotel und sehr empfehlenswerte Tauchschule"

Das Zimmer ist geräumig und ist sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage am Strand ist schön und das Korallenriff super zum Schnorcheln. Das Essen am Büffet hat uns geschmeckt. Die Tauchschule war auch nah und sehr gut. Ausrüstung ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich & hilfsbereit.

Die Preise im Hotel sind schon etwas hoch, eher nach europäischem Standart. Kleiderordnung mit geschlossenen Schuhen und langen Hosen am Abend fanden wir etwas übertrieben.

"Wieder ein super schöner erholender Aufenthalt in diesem Resort, wo man das Gefühl von „nach Hause kommen“ sofort spürt"

Das Flair der Anlage, das gesamte freundliche Personal (Housekeeping, Animation, kellner, Rezeption, Gäste Betreuung) welches immer bestrebt war es den Gästen so angenehm wie möglich mit Rückfragen etc. besonders hervorheben möchte ich unseren Housekeeper Ahmed vom Cluster 23

Da die Abend Shows auf Wunsch der Gäste auf die Terrasse gelegt wurden, beschallt dass die Anlage um den Pool immer bis 23 Uhr - trotz geschlossener Fenster war an frühzeitiges zu Bett gehen nicht zu denken. Wir haben uns damit arrangiert weil man teilweise auch abends vom Balkon die Show genießen konnte, deswegen haben wir das Angebot des Zimmer Wechsels nicht angenommen. In Zukunft wäre aber besser nach der ersten Show ggf. Musiker mit entspannter Musik dort einzusetzen, statt Party und Tanz Musik, weil leider oft niemand zum tanzen auf die Tanzfläche gekommen ist - trotz animation vom Team.
