Service impeccable à tous les niveaux, attention donnée au bien-être du client, suivi diligent par la direction générale (Bahgat Abdelhamid (GM), Ismail ElSaqqa (FO Mgr), Mina Shal (FO sup), tous les efforts nécessaires à rendre la visite agréable sont faits. Le personnel du restaurant est excellent, surtout l'incomparable Ahmed Ashmawi (20 ans de service).

Le buffet peut être amélioré. La propreté de la salle de fitness et la qualité des équipements sportifs sont à revoir.

Una struttura gestita benissimo personale, molto disponibile, tutti ti coccolano. Addirittura vengono a scacciare le mosche in spiaggia. È una struttura internazionale principalmente utilizzata da tedeschi. Ma si sta benissimo vi è anche una piscina riscaldata. Che in questo periodo dove la temperatura? Non è altissima. È un toccasana

Non vi sono cose che non possono piacere in questa struttura. Tutto è ottimo
