The property is cozy, clean and very nice and the what makes it really amazing is the stuff, Mr Ibrahim saber at the reception is a very helpful nice professional and friendly person at the same time, this person really defines the excellence meaning, Waleed Ateya from house keeping is an amazing guy with excellent service and a great attitude, along with Mr. Ibrahim bastawi from the house keeping, yet must not forget mr.ibrahim Mohamed from the restaurant who is very nice and helpful, those guys along with the facility on the property made it an amazing experience that I can hardly forget

Everything about the resort was exceptional. This was our 10th visit, and every time we come back, the experience becomes even better. The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and perfectly maintained, with a wonderful atmosphere for families and relaxation. The staff are extremely professional and friendly. Special thanks to Mr. Ibrahim and Abdullah from the reception team for their warm welcome and support, Mr. Ahmed and Mr. Hafez from the restaurant for their excellent service, and Mr. Mahmoud and Mr. Mabrouk from the hotel team for their kindness and dedication. Finally, great appreciation to Mr. Ibrahim Khokha, the hotel General Manager, whose leadership is clearly reflected in the outstanding quality of the resort and guest experience. Thank you all for another unforgettable vacation. We will definitely continue visiting again and again, and we highly recommend this wonderful resort to anyone visiting Hurghada.
