JAZ Makadi Oasis Resort

We had an excellent stay at Jaz Makadi Oasis. A special thank you to Ibrahim Saber and his colleagues at the reception for their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help with everything throughout our stay. The hotel was exceptionally clean, the facilities were excellent, the food was delicious with plenty of options available all day, the internet was reliable, and the location was perfect. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel. We look forward to coming back!

The night shows were enjoyable, but need more variety and creativity

Everything was excellent from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we received a warm welcome, and the check-in process was quick and efficient. Special thanks to Ibrahim and his colleagues, Ahmed and Mahmoud, for their outstanding hospitality and for ensuring that our rooms were ready without delay. The housekeeping team paid great attention to every detail, keeping our room spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout our stay. The restaurant and kitchen staff did a fantastic job offering a wide variety of delicious food to suit every guest's preferences. Whether you enjoy grilled, fried, steamed, or vegetarian dishes, there was always something fresh and tasty to choose from. Many thanks to Chef Walid, the pizza and pastry chefs, and Supervisor Tamer for their excellent work. I would also like to thank all the bar staff, especially Captain Ragab, for their friendly and professional service. Finally, thank you to everyone else whose names I didn't have the chance to learn. Every member of the team was kind, helpful, and dedicated to making our stay enjoyable. We truly appreciated the exceptional service and look forward to visiting again.

The animation team and the evening shows need more variety would make the entertainment even better.

مطعم الغداء و العشاء مرة حلو و متنوع و المطعم البناني يهبل و اكلهم لذيذ، تعامل الموظفين جدا جميل خصوصا مصطفى في المطعم الرئيسي اللي فيه الغداء و العشاء، كان جدا متعاون و مهم عنده اننا نكون مرتاحين خصوصا ان معانا اولاد، كان باله طويل، حتى كل مقدمين الطعام كانوا لطيفين، و الشيف اللي يعمل مشاوي برا ما اعرف اسمه كان جدا لطيف. موظفين الاستقبال كلهم بالذات احمد و محمد مدير الاستقبال و حسن و عبدالرحمن من خدمة تنظيف الغرف كانوا جدا لطيفين و ساعدونا جدا، شكرا جزيلا لكم جميعا.

العاملين في البار اللي جنب المسبح و اللي عند البحر تعاملهم جاف قليلا غير تعاملهم مع الضيوف الاوربيين، حصل ان احد اطفالنا طلب ايسكريم من الثلاجة ( اللي بمبلغ اضافي) اصر الموظف ان الدفع يتم باليورو و كان متعصب لما قلنا له ان الاقامة شاملة، فحولنا الى المدير اللي شرح لنا انه بمبلغ اضافي و ما كان عندنا مانع ندفع، بس ما معنا يورو، على ما قال انه نقدر نحطها على الغرفة و ندفع في الاستقبال كانت اختي راحت للبار الخاص للفندق الاخر و اخذت نفس الايسكريم و دفعت بالمصري عادي، الخلاصة، كان ممكن يتم الشرح بدون نرفزة، و كان ممكن يكون فيه شوية تساهل بدل ما تخسروا ثمن الايسكريم و رضا النزيل معاه. الفعاليات مملة بالنسبة لنا.
