Empfang, sehr zuvorkommend, Koffer konnten bei zufrühem Eintreffen abgegeben werden, Gästekarte erhielten wir schon vir Zimmerbezug, was top war.

Duschbereich: Überschwemmung auf Boden nach Duschen, da keine Abdichtung, kein Vorhang virhanden, dadurch, Schimmel im Bad bei Boden-Fugen, Duschgehäuse, elektro Sicherungs-Vorrichtung Steckdose Föhn defekt.

Great location in city center - everthing was in waking distance. Breakefast was good with many viraity of food, also good coffe. Friendly staff.

On booking portal was said that breakefast and parking is included; but then showed when we have arried to hotel it was not. Booking tool should clearly put in the room advertising and then in confirmation same parameters. So in general I am disappointed for the Booking com as is missleading in such cases. Most probably I will avoid Boking.com app.
