"Excellent"

Check in host was amazing and so friendly. Bed had a giant hole in the middle of it. Zero water pressure. But for a quick sleep before traveling again it worked for the price

"The gist of the experience was I had no other options."

Two out of the three pillows were covered in a plastic cover and then a pillowcase non-usable. I had to wash the bath out before I could use it. Place is falling apart, shower curtain rods are rusted and falling. The sink water leaks. No table to sit at but I did have a desk. One bedside plug-in.

Woke up surrounded by bedbugs. Told the front desk agent as we checked out and she said she couldn't tell her manager until tomorrow because she was out of town. Didn't really seem surprised.

Nice clean room…ample supplies for my stay…coffee in room was great! Staff was super friendly! Coffee and breakfast was delicious in the morning. Could have had a covered smoking area because of the cold rain…but overall a great experience!
