Check in nice. Breakfast area ok and nice selection of items. Room generally ok. Mattress totally worn; one corner crushed and a hollow on one side of the mattress.

"Perfectly fine place. Not fancy, but fine."

Friendly staff, comfortable beds and pillows. Very clean. TV was easy to work.

We kept banging our shins on the bed legs. There was no bar of soap. Breakfast was so-so, but we’ve had worse. Impossible to find the location.

"Stay was okay but not what I wanted and not what I paid for"

Breakfast was good

I reserved 2 king rooms with a hot tub in each but found out when we checked in that there was no hot tubs in either rooms. Very disappointed to spend $400+ to not get 2 hot tubs during our stay. I could have spent $200+ for 2 regular rooms. Very upset that booking.com listed the hot tub on both reservations and to drive an hour just to get there and find out it wasn’t there.
