The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. The cleaning service is offered twice a week. The WiFi service has been upgraded, a router has been installed in each apartment, and now we provide a high-speed internet connection, exclusive and independent. The browsing experience is now very satisfactory. Please note that the Apartment with Pool View and the Apartment with Sea View are located on upper-level floors with no elevator access. Please note that the property cannot guarantee that all Apartment with Pool View booked will be located on the same floor.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Muy buena ubicación en Puerto del Carmen, tienes todos los servicios alrededor y cerca. El apartamento muy grande y con todo lo necesario. En recepción muy amables y en general todo genial. Sitio muy tranquilo, era semana santa y no tuvimos problemas para coger tumbonas o estar relajadas en la piscina

Estaría bien que pusieran servilletas de papel o similar. Pero por lo demás todo genial

The property is situated in a great location just off the Main Street. Lovely complex with friendly staff and everything we needed in the apartment for a short stay. Nice pool area with plenty of sun beds and bright, spacious reception area where the staff were pleasant and helpful.

Not sure if this applies to all apartments but ours had no air conditioning which I didn’t realise when booking. Wasn’t a major problem as the bedroom had a ceiling fan and a fan was provided in the living area, both of these were adequate but air conditioning would have been preferred.

"The best place to stay in Puerto Del Carmen"

The location of La Penita is unrivalled. It’s just off the Main Street but not noisy. The new reception and pool bar are absolutely stunning. I go to La Penita time and time again and they never disappoint. Basic yes but clean, well maintained, gorgeous pool area and location cannot be beaten. Staff are always so friendly and helpful too.
