Location to the strip yet quiet .. English speaking staff ... English TV in apartment ... everything on your doorstep ...

Nice pool but freezing so hardly anyone uses it ( better in the summer I expect?) " Hosts" barely spoke to us and were often cool or slow in dealing with requests, Shame that the new building blocks them off from the guests. Apartments are sparse and not very comfortable. Cleaning could be a lot better. Good location though near the front and the sea.

the new key system as above means you can accidently trap yourself between the apartment and the outer grille if you dont take the keys with you! ( i e when hanging laundry.) As above other wise.

Menos mal que las camas eran cómodas, ya que fue lo único positivo de la estancia.

La limpieza podia ser existente, ya que el apartamento se encontraba en pésimas condiciones, tanto de limpieza como de cuidado, lo cual fue muy incomodo. Durante toda la semana estuvimos varios días sin que se realizara ningun tipo de limpieza, podria añadir que en toda la semana solo se pasó una vez la escoba y se realizo un cambio de toallas. No estuve a gusto y no volvería. Además, tuvimos que pedir sábanas, tapones y material de cocina que no teniamos. Una chapuza y un robo.

That you can’t have more children staying in room with parent. I’m single parent with 4 children but had to have two rooms. Many years ago when I took my older children when younger you could do it. But I phoned and got told no. It’s a shame as have two with disability. So only down side of rebooking unless I have another adult with me. The bathroom was bit dated needed sealing as water just floods the floor when you shower. Maybe have air fryer in kitchen. Toaster very dated didn’t work good. Fridge needed new seal on door as kept opening and defrost had to put chair in front of door. Apart from that all ok. Maybe better umbrella’s you can open up round the pool as very very difficult to do. I did notice the pool round the edge was not a clean as previous times.

we felt that the location of the apartment was central to all bars, restaurants and shops. The room was cleaned regular which was great, having new towels was very good never had that before. the pool and bar area was great we were aware of the new works going on and there was no disruptions to us while works were going on. looking forward to returning with my children as i feel they will enjoy it. one suggestion would be a gym area as having teenager boys this is always an ask!
