The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. The cleaning service is offered twice a week. The WiFi service has been upgraded, a router has been installed in each apartment, and now we provide a high-speed internet connection, exclusive and independent. The browsing experience is now very satisfactory. Please note that the Apartment with Pool View and the Apartment with Sea View are located on upper-level floors with no elevator access. Please note that the property cannot guarantee that all Apartment with Pool View booked will be located on the same floor.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Loved the location and access to seafront. Felt to set up of rooms were very good and liked having the pool and bar facilities.

We had a minor issue with our shower and a group member in next apartment had same. The shower did let water on to floor which leaked into main living area if you didn’t dam the edges or reduce power of shower

"Really enjoyed my stay, it just wasn't long enough and I will definitely be back."

I was allocated a room with a pool view and it also had a sea view which was a bonus. The room was large with everything I could need. There was even washing up liquid, cloths and bug spray (which I didn't need lol). The rooms are quite dated, but you have absolutely everything you need and they are kept clean. The complex itself itself is lovely, kept immaculate and I found there were plenty of sunbeds available. The pool bar has had a refurb and its lovely. Had breakfast there and it was delicious and reasonably priced. It is so convenient to the strip, but is also quiet. Like also that you need a key to gain access back into the complex. I also found all of the staff very pleasant and helpful. From the girls in the pool bar, on reception and also the gentleman on reception when I checked out. Will definitely be back.

The beds and pillows were a little hard, but that didn't stop me having a decent nights sleep. Everything else was as I expected for a 2 star hotel.

The staff were exceptional and the facilities were very good

No air conditioning but I believe it’s planned for the future. Apartment does have fans.

"NOT FOR PEOPLE WITH DISIBLITY"

THE PROPERTY WAS NOT FOR ME AS I HAVE A DISABILITY WITH WALKING, AND THEY COULD NOT MOVE ME

I had to open 2 GATES TO GET TO MY APARTMENT. I HAD A MOBILITY SCOOTER WHICH had to KEEP THE GATE OPEN, ONE GATE CLOSED ON ME AND CUT MY ARM AND hurt my back

The pool area and bar was great and been newly refurbished

The rooms were so dated and tired looking, the bathroom had the tiniest shower with curtain if you didn’t get it right you would flood the place, no aircon

the pool was freezing usually once u have been in its not so cold but not this time for some reason it never seemed do heat up at all
