Zafiro Mallorca & Spa

We loved the complex itself. All the amenities were well maintained. The various pool depths were perfect for our two year old to have a mix of independence and hands on in the water. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The complex itself was also quite secure.

While the complex was fabulous, the accommodation was somewhat lacking, though I can’t quite put my finger on why. The hotel was very child friendly but the room didn’t have child friendly cutlery etc, but this was minor in the grand scheme. Housekeeping wasn’t fabulous, towels not changed regularly without asking, soap not swapped till it was basically gone and just generally not what I would expect.

Staff were very friendly and child friendly, nothing was too much or too little to ask for. The staff members from the kids club made our daughter feel so welcome, she loved having someone to speak her own language with and a special shout out to Maria from the kids club too - our daughter was completely besotted with her. Our son was too young for the kids club but he could join if we stayed with him and he also received awards for his work. We took half board, the variety of food was great, sometimes a little repetitive for young children. Soup was served everyday which was great for us as our son wasn’t feeling good the first days, so he always had something to fill his belly! The rooms were spacious and the main bed was comfortable, our sofa bed was a little less comfortable but they did adjust it slightly for us. Our room was always cleaned up nicely, the cleaning ladies were very friendly. Pool, animation and play area were great for families, evening entertainment does begin quite late for children (around 8pm). It would’ve be nice if they had some activities for children to do independently during the day, an inside “play corner” or the possibility to loan some toys (puzzles, blocks,..) for bad weather days. The kids club does run activities at different time slots throughout the day.

We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf hier. De kamers waren erg comfortabel met goede bedden. Het eten was van hoge kwaliteit en het verwarmde zwembad bood de nodige ontspanning. Wat ons ook opviel was de gastvrijheid, het personeel is erg aardig en behulpzaam.

Het onderhoud van de tegels op het resort liet hier en daar wat te wensen over. Daarnaast was de kamer wat gehorig, waardoor we soms geluiden van de buren of de gang hoorden. Als deze punten worden aangepakt, is het verblijf echt perfect!

J ai aimé la quantité de services et commodités de cet hôtel. Piscines, jeux, restaurant, animation… tout y est. Le cadre est superbe et les chambres très confortables.
