Ogni anno a Sharm e sempre in un resort diverso. Il Jaz Fanara è tra quelli dove sicuramente tornerò un altra volta. Capitolo personale: semplicemente spettacolare, gentili, educati e molto professionali. Ho smarrito degli oggetti e in un attimo me li hanno trovati. Personale della reception di una disponibilità unica, il loro motto è aiutare sempre il turista, ma x noi italiani la vera chicca è Gaia, una ragazza straordinaria. Operativa e sempre pronta a dare consigli e ad aiutare tutti, una vera certezza. Solo chi andrà in qst resort potrà capirlo. Da notare che a fine soggiorno ha rifiutato anke di prendere una mancia, e questa cosa dice tutto. Grazie a lei e alla collaborazione con il suo manager mi è stato offerto gratuitamente di fare il check out alle 18 in quanto non mi sentivo tanto bene. La struttura è bellissima, iniziando dai villini dove si dorme e finire alle piscine e bar. Il pranzo per chi non vuole farlo al ristorante lo può fare direttamente nel bar centrale della piscina dove vengono serviti piatti veloci ma gustosi, il tutto rigorosamente all'ombra e ben ventilato. Ho visto una pulizia impeccabile, soprattutto nei ristoranti e sappiate che si trova nel punto mare più bello di tutta Sharm. Dalla bella terrazza ( punto ideale x fare le foto) la sera si può vedere lo spettacolo di luci e ascoltare la musica del farsha cafè. Ciò che contraddistingue il Jaz Fanara è la sua riservatezza, ambiente tranquillo e zero caos. La spiaggia è unica e da la possibilità a tutti(compreso chi non sa nuotare) di fare il bagno e snorkeling. Voglio fare presente che è l'unico resort dove finalmente vietano di mettere gli asciugamani sui lettini e bloccarli x ore. Ci sono i bagnini, soprattutto di mattina presto che vietano qst abitudini. È giusto fare notare che non c'è mai stato nessuno del personale che ci ha chiesto mance. Grazie a tutti per come ci avete accolti e complimenti alla Direzione per il lavoro che fate

Ambiente molto confortevole e rilassante. Mare spettacolare con accesso al mare con sabbia. Ahmed alla reception gentile e pronto ad aiutare. Anche il ragazzo, Ahmed, che ci sistemava la camera davvero super, pulizia perfetta e sorriso incredibile. Davvero tutto perfetto! Anche i ragazzi delle escursioni. Torneremo!!!

Siamo rimasti soddisfatti un po’ per tutto. Tutti i servizi erano buoni il personale molto cordiale e disponibile. Piscina molto grande anche la spiaggia molto bel organizzata e con un reef molto carino

Il buffet sia a pranzo che a cena apriva e chiudeva in orari poco giusti per le nostre esigenze e rimanendo una settimana era molto ripetitivo.
