It’s always a very nice experience being in this hotel. From the checkin to the checkout, all the teams are so helpful and friendly. Rawan at the front desk is always smiling and welcoming. The housekeeping team is more than just a staff members with a todo list. They are all professional, kind and caring. Shaima was very thoughtful and attentive, always checking if I need something or something is missing in my beautiful room. Ola, Omnia, Mahmoud and Ahmed were very friendly too. The breakfast is always my favorite time. The Chef Raju, Hager, the F&B managers, Mahmoud, Walid, Abdallah, Kenzi.. all the waiters and the waitresses are very cheerful and caring. The swimming pool also is very clean and comfortable thanks to Hateem from the snack bar, Maarouf the lifeguard.. I love this Hilton hotel and I love all the teams who became my family at home away from my home
