Everything was perfect. From the first day to the last. Location is good, the hotel is amazing. Clean, organized, so much kind staff, here you have everything. You can enjoy. The food was fantastic. Definitely will come back again.

The staff are incredible and attentive. Every single staff member goes out of their way to help and ensure the experience is fantastic. The location is very close to the GEM and the pyramids. The pool is great for kids. The rooms are comfortable and they have good soundproofing.

The exterior needs some updating including the pool area, but all was very comfortable.

The Staff is very welcoming I felt like im at my home not staying at the Hotel.. The Reception " Ahmed Bahaa" was very kind and patient with all my questions , and he was trying to make our stay comfortable. I would like to thank him. Also the food was amazing.. Especially the Breakfast.. the chef "Rajdip Ghosh"was asking everyone to make sure they have a good time and asking about the food so I like that he cares about the Hotel's guests. Sure im gonna back again 🤍.
