The staff are super warm and helpful. Super convenient location right in the city centre, close to everything. The room feels cozy and comfortable. Mostly very clean except for the chair. It's ideal for a short stay.

The soundproofing seems a bit thin. In the early morning on both days, I could hear the loud noises of the door next door slamming and people talking in the hallway. Some stains on the chair.
