Always nice and quiet here and great location for shopping and access to transport...meals from room service is excellent and okay prices as far hotels go but the $6 in room service fee charged on top isnt warranted and a blatant money grab

The $100 security deposit on top of room cost simply for using a debit card... this will be quite often be the difference between staying here or somewhere else And the $6 room service fee is just a money grab especially in only a 3 level hotel where the kitchen is on the ground floor

From booking, to check in and check out the service was great. Pre-stay communication was efficient & helpful. Directions were clear and easy to follow regarding where to park and how to get into the parking. Staff were welcoming, friendly and professional throughout our entire stay. The foyer was clean, inviting, open and spacious. Our room was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. It was very quiet considering it was a Saturday night and in the middle of Dandenong we were pleasantly surprised. Breakfast was more than enough to refuel before another day starts. There is plenty of variety to cater for anyone's palate.

The button to get into parking from the street is not ideal. Wrong height & too far forward to reach from the car so you would have to get out to access it. The room got quite hot & the heating kept switching back to the original setting when we had set it for cold. The toilet in the room is in a weird spot, with little space, so for a bigger person you would need to sit on an angle. Luckily there are other bathrooms downstairs in the lobby that are more comfortable.
