The friendly team, the handy affordable parking, the amenities in the room, the quietness. The check in, check out process was streamlined and easy. The coffee made on request in the restaurant was lovely and appreciated.

Very modern, clean hotel with everything you need including a gym, soft and firm option pillows. Spacious room. It was close to my daughters soccer game which was the reason we stayed. Customer service from front desk was great, especiallyon the Saturday morning, didnt get his name but he was just a ray of sunshine.

The area itself is just horrible. Like we were in another country all together. Night time was definately not safe to walk around and scary people around including junkies and homeless. Dandynong is a hole.
