Tot molt bé. Personal molt atent, tot molt net i fàcil aparcament.

Està a 20 minuts del centre, i el trajecte permet fer un passeig pel pont de les palmes damunt el Guadiana...

Atención del personal así como la comodidad de las camas y almohadas.

No hay nada que reprochar.

Our room was lovely. Very spacious & great bathroom. Great location. Excellent parking.

We found it difficult to get a drink at night time without having to go into the Casino.

Great location. Nice place to land after spending 8 days in Morocco. Beds were comfy and room was large. Had a little problem with the AC but it was fixed promptly.

The woman greeter for bar and casino was very rude and unfriendly. She didn't approve of my wife's footwear and told us we could not enter. I asked her if it was shoes only or could she wear another type of sandal and she wouldn't answer. Just a mean look. I bought a coffee in the restaurant and wanted to sit at a table to drink but was told I could not enter if I didn't purchase a buffet. I didn't want to eat. Just coffee and to look out the window. It wasn't busy. Even if they were i doubt anyone staying at the hotel would try to steal a meal from the buffet. And if the waiter was paying attention and doing his job he would have noticed. We should be able to have our coffee in the restaurant. Ordered a meal in the Rojo bar and when it arrived it was cold. Sent back to reheat and it came back no warmer. The woman bartender that night was very pleasant and helpful. The male waiter was impersonal and didn't engage us at all. Without even looking at us took the order and delivered not even asking if I would like another drink.
