Motel was in a goodl location and was a good rate
No elevator at this hotel and staff going help you with your luggage. Funny smell in the halls. Breakfast was awful.
Although we were there for a funeral it was a nice place to lay our heads and rest, staff was excellent. Received bereavement rate which was VERY helpful!
The cleaning staff did an amazing job organizing our bathroom and making it look perfect and clean. best cleaning staff i've ever had
When we checked in, the guy at the desk wasn’t very knowledgeable about the location of the room or where breakfast was. The bathrooms look pretty run down. Mould growing in the corner of the tub.
I asked for a refund for one night as something came up and i couldnt stay there. The answer was a flat no!

When arriving, I saw 3 staffs having a smoke break at the front entrance, I walked in and waited for 2 to 3 minutes and there was nobody there. Then the staff came in and she was one of the 3 that was smoking outside. The room looked tidy but smelled weird. Some of the TV channels listed on the form were not available. The bathtub did not drain. Checked out took a long time as there was only one staff and the man was having issue about the booking.
Nice newly renovated hotel. Away from the busy downtown but still very close to amenities.
