I have stayed many times at this hotel. Although the room itself was fine and comfortable, the bathroom was not in good condition. The paint was peeling, there was mold on the floor, the electrical outlet had a hole around it in the wall, the bath and sink were very slow to drain and the toilet was so loud when it flushed. They do have a very decent cold breakfast.

We were driving cross country and sleeping on our truck but decided to get a hotel or the night as we hit Ontario. We would be there less than 8 hours so we booked the least expensive one, which was this one. It was what it was for what you paid for. The bed was clean, the room quite old and dated, and the shower head was almost pretty loose when we showered. The 'free breakfast' was a bottle of water, a juice box and a granola bar. I figured there would have at least been a piece of fruit.
Service was great, I had stayed their a couple of weeks ago. Older room but clean. This time around was a different story... totally different room, old....but wasn’t clean, dirty bed skirts, punched in wall, dirty walls, broken lamp and dirty bathroom!!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!
Love the place...shopping for Christmas ...right in the area ...supper lady at reception ...should get Christmas boness....good coffee in the morning ...nice choice of food to get us on our way during COVID time
People talking too loud in the hall at 5:00 AM, and TV was not working.
Convenient location. Very clean. Bedroom appeared to have been renovated recently. Bathroom was dated, but in reasonable repair. Bag breakfast was a disappointment, but understandable given Covid.
Friendly and accommodating staff make all the difference! Felt right at home :)
When we arrived at the Ramada, the reception told us that the motel was full of evacuees from a fire. But arrangements had been made for us at Travelogue motel just down the road. When we arrived there, we were promptly given our room .the room was excellent and the staff were wonderful.in this time of corona virus, we have to be flexible. For us, there was no inconvenience or delays. The staff at both the motels were very helpful and informative.
Staff were helpful and friendly.Amenities were sparse due to covid. Facility was spotless but somewhat dated. We got what we were expecting.
