Location. Restaurants within walking distance.

Old and outdated. The property even “smelled” old. The reservation was for a King bed, we got a small Queen. There was a verbal fight between 2 other guest in a hallway and nothing was done.

Very clean!! Friendly staff! Great location could walk to nearby restaurant.

Price is a bit high for condition of hotel. Although we had stayed numerous times,this time the bed sheets had an odor. We hoped they had been washed....very musty smellng.

Didn't eat breakfast on 2nd morning.

I notified the desk 2x that there was no heat in my unit. The two day stay didn't produce any help. The unit was very cold and I needed heat. The staff came to room to check the unit and said there was nothing he could do but report it. On day two, Saturday, I went out to my meeting but came back to a cold room. Nothing was done. Upon check out there was no person at the desk and I couldn't follow up on my complaint. I wanted some compensation for two days of a cold room. I had handicap easy access. Never got a call back after desk person said he would contact manager. I waited until now to see if I would get a call or compensation. Nothing I am still waiting. My experience was not good. I paid for something I didn't get.

Close to a lot of restaurants. Free parking. Overall pretty clean.

There was a bug in the room.... made me scared for bed bugs.

We liked yhe price for our one night.

The room was extremely warm. We ended up having to sleep with the window open

Comfortable beds

At check in found out they'd already charged our stay on my credit card before we even arrived. I had wanted to pay with a different card at check in. Not very friendly staff, no information on breakfast or check out time etc. Our room sink barely trickled water, moved to another room and the desk chair was do horribly worn and torn. Dead bolt on door doesn't lock, and side hotel entrance let's anybody walk in as no pass key is needed.
