"A unique, beautiful, and very comfortable stay. Highly recommend!"

We were upgraded (free of charge) to a 4th floor suite. We were celebrating our 13th year anniversary and a baby on our way. Welcomed with a handwritten letter and a Montana treat. So sweet!

Water station would’ve been great to have throughout the hotel.

"Great overnight stay in downtown Missoula!"

Location was great for downtown Missoula activities. Staff was super friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and comfortable.

Parking was a little complicated, but not bad. Would have been a little easier if there was a spot reserved for check in or something.

The considerable imaginative effort in design of the facility overall. Superbly staffed. Valet parking affordable and highly recommended.

The toilet is isolated from wash basin and shower, the latter two being placed out in the bedroom space (the shower has excellent enclosure but it's fully transparent). Counter space of any kind very limited. The room was just too small for two.

"My stay was great."

I loved the location! The staff and accessibility were great. The handicapped room was fantastic, mainly because of the amazing accessible shower! I was pleased that the staff put a kettle in the room, since there isn't a coffee maker. It was nice to have the coffee shop down stairs.

The reason I put a mid rating for value is that handicap accessible rooms are more expensive that regular rooms. Not sure we should have to pay more just because we have mobility issues.
