Great room. Super comfortable. This boutique hotel chain (~4 total) is unique and really does cater to the individual guest. The rooms are large, perfectly catered to the traveler, and comfortable. More importantly, the staff seems to love their jobs, and you can tell in the way they make the guest experience super comfortable.

There is limited parking in a garage down the street or in residential areas. Because of this, we opted to have them valet park. This is not an issue (and kinda nice) as it's centrally located in downtown Missoula and within walking distance to most places. That being said, valet (or any paid parking) is a typical ask in Montana. However, the $20 fee was minimal, and the ability to drop off the vehicle and have them pick it up for us when we checked out was convenient.

Location. The only reason we stayed here was because it was close to where we needed to be and other options were fully booked but it was fine overall. It was a very clean room except the extra blankets on the beds which were visibly not (but expected in a hotel).

For what you get, it is very expensive. There are other properties that are more affordable with free breakfast and the same level of cleanliness nearby. To require scanning a QR code to look at the ~3 lines of instructions to use the thermostat was annoying. The large sticker under the thermostat explaining that could have easily had them instead. Similarly it would have been easier to see the ground layout to find stuff in the hotel if it was on the door instead of a very small print out in the booklet thing. Parking instructions for the parking garage nearby were near non-existent by staff and the garage signage is not super clear either unless you are looking at the outside of it on the north side (it is free on the weekends and that includes ALL the parking spots in the garage, no ticket needed despite the signs).

Quiet, Clean, Location, Comfortable beds and room. Shower was fantastic!

No closet space, but clothes can hang on wall racks. The price for the rooms was high, but it was a busy weekend.
