Staff are very friendly Jennifer our wedding coordinator was excellent since we touch base! Sheila the guest relationship manager also fabulous to us. Highly recommended for vacation or if your having your wedding ceremony there. Will be back They have the best spa might be little expensive but worth it

Overall this is a great hotel, thoughtfully designed with a lovely beach and very good facilities. The food selection could be better and is pretty expensive compared to the quality of food available locally (we had a huge pile of BBQ lamb and chicken from an amazing local grill for the price of two cups of coffee in the hotel, fresh lobster two ways in a great seafood place for half the price of lobster night at the hotel etc)

This was an amazing holiday resort. Fabulous beach with turquoise waters. Service was great. The weather in April was poor, lots of rain and occasional storms. Had to fight for sun beds on the beach, hope they fix this . Drinks and food very expensive if you are not on an all inclusive (£12 a pint), we went as a couple and there were too many kids but it was the Easter holiday

Lovely location, but beware, this hotel is best suited to young families and children, not couples. There was very little adults only parts to the hotel and the pool was full of small children all day every day for the 12 days we were there so we never got to use it. For this reason I would not go back.

Lovely beach and the hotel. Service was slow - we had to wait to order/get the bill. Location very remote - nothing outside the hotel so be prepared to stay in for the entire duration of your holiday. Alternatively you can travel to other places - all at least an hour away.
