Pleasant and relaxing

Very modern decor & amenities; well thought-out and executed. Fitness center and sauna, as well as a nice balcony at least in my room. Staff were very helpful and friendly; spoke English which was nice after struggling with my terrible German for 2 weeks. Breakfast spread was amazing as well.

Great hotel, beautiful. Welcome drink. Nice staff. Great rooms on level 5 with the shared terraces. Delicious breakfast and espresso service. Sauna ain't hot enough to make you sweat though...

As a part of 5 ( 5 rooms ) we were able to check in early. The room was clean and presentable, with free wifi Check in and check out were both friendly and efficient. The breakfast was sufficient being a mixture of a continental style with some warm food. Again, friendly attentive staff looking after specific requirements of the quests. The temperature while we were there was about 30 deg C and the air-conditioning was perhaps not quite good enough to cope with this. It is a functional hotel close to both the Messe Exhibition Centre and the Central Station, so some good restaurants are also within a 10 minute walk

Been staying here for few years now and never regrets experience.

Everything was perfect. The beds were really comfortable. The room was cool with its air-conditioned comfort at a time when the outside temperatures were in the 90s. The breakfast was copious and delicious.

Fantastic staff, very friendly and helpful. Would stay again if we end up back in Frankfurt.
