Very helpful staff, simple seamless checkin. Rooms are good size with high ceilings and expensive sound system with a Bluetooth. Nice breakfast with lots of healthy foods. Sleeping quality could be better. Mattresses are not very comfortable. The "queen bed" is the two singles combined that can roll away if you are not a calm sleeper. Blankets are thin

Fine but near to main train station which at the minute is thronging with gangs of male asylum seekers coming in to a center by the station. As I arrived at dusk I felt a little uncomfortable walking to the hotel (and I live in London so not at all squeamish).

Excellent Hotel and Staff

This hotel is well situated, very central and close to the main Frankfurt Station. It is an easy ten minute walk into the city centre. The hotel is beautiful white modern minimalist with a friendly atmosphere. My room was comfortable and clean with a great shower. Staff were very helpful and attentive and made me most welcome. Highly recommended.

The hotel was very close to the train station, which was our main concern for this trip. Given the sketchy neighborhood (a given near most train stations), we were surprised at how nice the hotel was. You'd pay twice the price in New York for a horrible place just for the convenient location. Our only real complaint at the Pure would be the thermostat, which didn't seem to work for us. Other than that, it was great. The staff was really friendly, and the breakfast was amazing. It's a shame that we only got one night there, really.

Really nice hotel friendly staff 15 min walk to great Christmas markets. Main station 2 min away. Plenty of bars and restaurants near by. Sauna area very nice breakfast really good.

Being a big breakfast person, that's how I normally choose and rate hotels. The Pure excels in this they have a huge variety of mostly cold items (three hot items) presented beautifully and all delicious. The staff is friendly they knew my preferred # of cups of coffee and beer type after the first encounter. The room was small and the bed certainly isn't a Westin, but it was comfortable enough. Just a few blocks walk to Messe Fairgrounds.

This is a hotel I would revisit, and I don't usually like repeat. It's contemporary and clean, but not sterile or cold. Comfortable bed and towels were of good quality. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was more exciting than your average hotel sliced ham/cheese/bread/cereal selections. Bonus: gym & sauna were small, but a pleasant oasis if you have time to visit.
