Really liked the location and the food. Variety of food each day was amazing. Hotel rooms- top! The bed sooo big, we had enough space (3 people). A lot activity for children.

Amazing from start to finish our first family holiday in years and I will 100% be returning, the hotel is immaculate all staff work so hard and still with a smile on their face, Kadar bar staff so helpful and great laugh, loved it! 1000% recommend

Some of the facilities like the kids pool inflatable was not fixed and the gym air con was not working.

We’ve had a fantastic stay at the Zafiro Bahía and would absolutely recommend it to families looking for a brilliant holiday with great value for money. The cleanliness throughout the entire hotel was excellent. Everywhere was spotless, well maintained and clearly cared for by the staff. The kids entertainment team were amazing and made such a huge effort every single day. Sofia and Roger were particularly brilliant with the children, full of energy, friendly and genuinely fantastic at what they do, although the whole entertainment team deserve credit for creating such a fun atmosphere. A special mention also has to go to Kader, who was incredibly friendly and always went above and beyond to make sure everyone had a fantastic holiday. He was always happy to help, give local recommendations and make guests feel welcome, a real credit to the hotel. Overall, this is a great hotel with excellent staff, a lovely atmosphere and very, very good value for money. We would happily return. Off to Zafiro Palace Alcudia next week, where we have been before and know it’s just as good.
