We had a really enjoyable stay overall and would definitely consider returning. Check-in was smooth and efficient, which set a great tone for the holiday. We stayed in an adapted room, which was lovely and very clean. In fact, the entire hotel was spotless, and the gardens were beautifully maintained and immaculate. The kids club was a real highlight—my son absolutely loved it and joined in with all the activities. Every single member of the kids club team went above and beyond to make him feel welcome and included. He’s quite chatty and I think he probably talked their ears off most of the day, but they were all so patient, kind, and engaging with him throughout. A special mention to Andrea, who made a lovely fuss over my son for his birthday, which he absolutely loved. The hotel also gave him a small birthday present, which was a really thoughtful touch. In the restaurant, Marc stood out for his friendliness—he always took the time to speak with my son, which we really appreciated and made a big difference to our experience. Food-wise, there was a good variety and plenty of choice. However, the dining room could feel quite chaotic at times. That said, the staff worked extremely hard and did their best to manage things. The WiFi connection was reliable throughout our stay. We did have a small issue with the bedding, but it was reported and resolved quickly, which was great. The pool areas were clean, and the playground was fun, although the safety matting had quite a few uneven areas and gaps, making it easy for little feet to get caught. The only real downside for us was the spa area. Although it’s supposed to be adults-only, there were often children running around, including in the gym and pool, jumping and splashing. Reception at the spa was rarely staffed, which made booking difficult—we had to wait three days to secure a massage appointment. When we finally did, the experience itself was very good, and the therapist was lovely. Overall, we had a great stay. My son is already asking to come back—especially for the kids club—which says it all!

The food was alright, nothing special.Nice rooms for a 4 star.2 refreshing cold pools that I loved and one of them had extremely nice beds over the water.loved that!However there were quite a few adult only places which I couldn’t enjoy.Beach was meant to be really nice, looks like that but unfortunately had a big storm before coming so the waves were humongous.Overall nice experience

We had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this place. The service was excellent from start to finish, making us feel truly welcome. A special mention goes to Nacho, our waiter, who was exceptionally kind, attentive, and professional throughout our visit. His friendly attitude really made a difference and enhanced our overall experience. We will definitely be coming back!

Once again another magical family holiday at Zafiro Bahia. Our second visit in 6 months we couldn’t wait to get back and the second time around was just as special. We want to say a massive thank you to the whole team at Zafiro Bahia for making our holiday very special. Great lactation being right on the beach and not to far from Alcudia and Can Picafort, last year we stayed at Can Picafort Zafiro which was amazing but Bahía being right on the beach ticks all the boxes. Loads of things to do to keep the kids busy with plenty of different kind of swimming pools, park, mini golf and many other activities. The food was outstanding with lots of choice with different themed evenings every night. At lunch you have a choice of eating at the buffet or at the pool bar which has different selection of food, we all preferred eating at the pool bar as it’s very convenient being right next to the pools. Evening entertainment was really good for the kids, it had them up dancing most of the time, kids and family kahoot was really fun getting everybody involved, also the performance acts on every night most of the time we’re very entertaining. All entertainment ends kind of early around 10pm which isn’t such a bad thing so everyone can get an early night ready for next days adventures. The hotel rooms were very clean and very spacious, they have amazing sea view balconies which over sea the entertainment, pool areas and the beach and sea. Again we thank everyone at Zafiro Bahia we will back again in the future for our third visit.
