We had a fantastic experience at Zafiro Bahia in Mallorca! 🌞 This resort is highly recommended, especially for families. Everything exudes child-friendliness: from the pools and playgrounds to the daily activities where children never get bored. A big plus is the daily cleaning – a fresh room and clean towels every day. The entire grounds are also constantly maintained: during meals, around the pool, and on the paths, you can always see that everything is well cared for. In addition, the staff is exceptionally friendly. Always a smile, always willing to help, and they make you feel truly welcome. This makes your stay extra pleasant. The only thing is that there is not much to do around the hotel, but the entertainment offer within the hotel compensates for that. We had the room with the swim up pool and there were 2 adults and a 1.5 year old child. In short: if you're looking for a carefree, clean, and child-friendly holiday destination, you can confidently choose Zafiro Bahia. We would love to come back!

My recent stay at your hotel was wonderful, but what truly made it exceptional was the service we received from Amado, one of your waiters at the restaurant and pool bar. From our first breakfast to our last evening cocktail, Amado was the highlight of our dining experiences. He is not only incredibly efficient and professional but also genuinely kind and attentive. He remembered our names and our favorite drinks after the first order, which was a lovely personal touch. His recommendations for both food and local attractions were spot-on and greatly appreciated. He has a warm, welcoming presence that makes guests feel immediately comfortable and well-cared for. It’s clear that he takes great pride in his work and truly enjoys ensuring guests have a fantastic experience. Please recognize Amado for his hard work and dedication. Employees like him are a huge credit to your hotel and are the main reason we would not hesitate to return and recommend this place to everyone. We had an amazing vacation with my husband and our 3-year-old toddler. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The cleaning was perfect. The food was good and fresh, with multiple options for kids. The only thing I didn’t like was that the cocktails had too much ice. The pools were clean, and there were plenty of available sun loungers. Even when some guests tried to reserve them for a long time, the staff monitored and controlled it regularly. The location is fantastic—right on the beach (0 m distance), which is especially convenient when traveling with kids. We stayed on the second floor of the building during most of our vacation. On the last day, due to a late check-out, we spent a few hours on the third floor (the top floor), and it was noticeably hotter there compared to the second floor. Our apartment had balconies facing the main garden where activities took place, so it was a bit noisy from 7:30 AM until 11:00 PM. However, this might only be an issue for families like ours who are used to living in a very quiet place.

Die Kinderanimation ist ein echtes Highlight – unsere Kids hatten jeden Tag Spass, während wir Eltern die Abende mit leckeren Cocktails und dem abwechslungsreichen Programm geniessen konnten. Das Buffet war vielfaltig, und die Möglichkeit, mittags à la carte zu essen, ist ein tolles Extra. Besonders hervorheben mochten wir die Hygiene: Die Pools waren immer sauber und gepflegt, genauso wie die Zimmer. Der Service ist herausragend – das Team ist aufmerksam, herzlich und liest einem die Wunsche von den Augen ab. Selbst Sonderwünsche wie Hafermilch am Abend wurden sofort erfüllt. Auch die Nahe zum Strand ist ein absolutuer Pluspunkt.

Einige Befestigungen in der Umgebung könnten mal erneuert werden, aber das ist wirklich nur ein kleiner Punkt und hat unseren tollen Aufenthalt nicht beeintrachtigt.

We pay for apartment with balcony but they upgrade our stay and give us for gift apartment with private pool for free, thank you one more time ! Staff in hotel was very friendly and helpful. For breakfast we have very large selection of food for breakfast and everything was excellent
