Vynikající poloha hotelu přímo na písčité pláži. Chválíme přátelský a vstřícný personál od recepce, přes restauraci, bar po pokojské. Čistota.

Pokoje (2 x penthouse se střešní terasou) jsme objednali s předstihem 9 měsíců, nelitovali jsme vysoké ceny a těšili se na prostorné pokoje s nádherným výhledem na moře. Oproti minulým návštěvám jsme však navzdory včasné rezervaci obdrželi pokoje v nejodlehlejší části hotelu, s výhledem na rušné parkoviště. Hotel navštěvujeme od roku 2016, poslední léta konstatujeme klesající úroveň kuchyně. Hotel si oblíbily rodiny s malými dětmi, což v restauraci občas může být rušivé. Smutné je, že management hotelu zcela rezignoval na dres code v restauraci. Muže v plavkách, tílku a pantoflích u večeře bychom v 4* hotelu neočekávali. Velmi obtížné parkování u hotelu.

Just arrived home from a fantastic 8 night stay at the Zafiro Bahia. I arranged the trip for our family of 28! We had 15 kids/young adults aged 4-22. We had stayed at 3 other Zafiro hotel prior to this one and we decided to try the Bahia due to its location on the beach. After booking the hotel I contacted the hotel directly, as you can imagine with a group this size there were lots of questions and requests. Tomeu who manages reception was absolutely fantastic and he went above and beyond to help me prior to our stay he was extremely helpful and quick to respond. When we arrived at the hotel at 2pm the reception staff were waiting on us to check in and very prepared and helpful and bonus that all our rooms were ready straight away! They were all so nice throughout the stay nothing was too much to ask. We had a two bedroom family room which was lovely. Really big room for us and our three kids. The cleaners were great the room and hotel was absolutely spotless clean. They were always out cleaning. What we really liked about the all inclusive was the food options. You weren’t just stuck to one restaurant. Breakfast was in the main restaurant, lunch you had the option of the outside buffet or the pool bar and dinner was in the restaurant. We had two long tables reserved for us for our stay. George and Vinii and Juan the managers were so good at looking after the group, always happy and smiling. For the first time we also managed to do the A La Cart for the group of 28 and they really went out of their way to make sure we had a great experience and we did! Best meal we had and sitting by the beach with a fabulous view of the sea. When it came to the swimming pools and sun beds pick your spot there are plenty of options! The day beds were so comfortable and there was no mad rush down to get beds even for the size of the group we were all sat together. Lifeguards were extremely attentive and very good with the kids. The hotel is literally steps away from the most gorgeous golden sand beach and the water was crystal clear blue and warm. The entertainment and fitness team were just brilliant. They got to know us and the kids so fast and the kids names. There were activities for all ages throughout day if they wanted it. Waterpolo, paddle, Beach volleyball, archery, rifle shooting, football and many many more! We had great time every evening. My 4 year old loved the mini disco and of course Yzzy! We knew all the dance moves and music from the other hotels and he loved it. Family Kahoot! Quizzes were great fun in the evening were a very competitive family! We won 5 nights out of the 8! The bar staff in the evening were great always made sure we were looked after. We all agreed this was our best holiday to date and I’m already onto reservations to book us for next year! I would highly recommend this hotel it had everything you need for a lovely enjoyable and relaxing holiday! Can’t wait for next years holiday. Allison

The spa was amazing, I had the BEST massage ever from Amanda Lliell. I've had a fair few massages and this was by far the best. Can't fault anything with out holiday experience
