Location of property was lovely, reception staff was great, check in was swift, pools and access to beach was excellent.

Issues with sink it was clogged, the cooking plates weren’t functioning correctly n the room we were staying and issues with temp regulator, had to make a couple of calls before we got moved to another room.

Perfect for families with children, great food, great rooms, staff fantastic especially Ismael at the reception! Well done!

First we were checked in to room 4105, please avoid this room, the terrace horrible, microwave didn’t work, shower was broken. We were moved to different room after 4 days only.

Our second visit to the hotel, will definitely come back. Pool areas are spacious and never feels crowded. Staff are really nice and friendly; everyone including waitress, reception, entertainment and cleaning and everyone else(never experienced that before in Spain). Felt really welcomed as a guest at the hotel and makes us want to come back. The hotel is a bit far from the crowded Alcudia which is very nice in the summ ertime, though still close enough to go by bike or with bus. The food in the hotel is good, a bit noisy in the restaurant so recommend sitting outside. All inclusive is a must. A fantastic hotel, both if travelling with kids or without kids(there is a really nice adult pool). Hopefully we go back this summer!

The most helpful stuff I’ve ever met , best beach, good food, kids activities. For us the best place for family vacations. Main restaurant has different kitchens dinner, also they have one al carte restaurant, which we also liked. Good choice of cocktails and high quality alcohol. Well equipped rooms 😊

Brilliant hotel, staff were friendly, hotel was clean and food was second to none. Facilities were excellent, 7 pools, gym, sporting activities and kids club and private walkway to the beach. Out of the way from the hustle and bustle of town but still easily accessible.

Brilliant hotel for families - great pools, activities every day and right on the beach. Food is great. Staff are friendly and helpful, we’ve been here several times and always have a great time. Would highly recommend it for any family with kids.

In general nice hotel and facilities, ideal for families. All day activities for kids, 1 minute walk from the beach which makes the hotel perfect for family vacations. The staff was very friendly.

The only thing that I didn’t like was a smell like cesspool on the balcony. The manager explained us that this smell comes from the area which is from mud waters. She offered us a dinner as an apology, which as we understand later that day was not at all hotel problem.
