The entertainment team was very good especially Carola. Carola is such a Sweet human being with a huge heart and she has always time for everybody. I am going to miss her and her commitment to everything and everybody. Bye bye.

It was a nice hotel with great activities for all ages. The food was good and the service was amazing. I’ll definitely come back

Wanting a special family vacation? Look no further! We have been to other Zafrio hotels before and this one has it all. All the usual zafiro benefits but with one amazing bonus the stunning beach right on the hotel! Food 10/10 Room 10/10 - definitely book a pool view! Staff 10/10 Pools 10/10 Entertainment 10/10 Location 10/10 - a short drive from Alcudia We were a family of 4 one teen and a 10 year old who loved the football every evening! Will we return? A wonderful hotel, exceeded expectations. We stayed as a family of 2 adults and 2 children. The room was spacious and clean. There was a large bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. The room was the perfect size, and there was even a small kitchenette, which is great if you’re not on an all-inclusive package. Room and cleanliness: 10/10. We had all-inclusive. Breakfast was the same every day, but the selection was good. Coffee from the machine was tasty, and their chocolate pastries were absolutely delicious. Lunch was different every day, and everything was tasty — we especially loved the Patagonian squid :) We also tried the food at the lunch restaurant – excellent, served like in a real restaurant. Dinner was also varied, with a different theme every evening. Overall, I would rate the food 9/10. (P.S. George welcoming guests is a real gem! ) The surroundings – very clean. A big advantage near the pools is the non-slip decking, which is a huge plus when vacationing with kids. The sunbeds were nice, and no one reserved spots at the pool in advance. A major bonus is that the sea is just one second away, so you can spend time both at the beach and by the pool depending on your mood. Environment: 10/10 The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The animators were amazing! Truly dedicated to their work and gave their all every day. My kids fell in love with Pepe and Karolina, but all of them were great. Staff and animation: 11/10 :D A truly family-oriented hotel. From what I saw, it was mostly families with children staying there. Many German guests. All guests were very polite. Would I recommend this hotel? Absolutely! Would I return? Definitely! We’re sadly leaving tomorrow, but we’re already planning our next visit!

Close to beach, lots of pools, tennis court, mini-put, outdoor playground. Friendly staff. The jumping bubble in the pool was a highlight for my kids. We loved the lunch buffet. Stayed there as room-only (not all inclusive). Would go back there in a heartbeat. Decent room size for a family of 5.

Kitchen didn't include bowls, so we grabbed some from the buffet but the cleaning staff removed it from our room the next day. Really a minor inconvenience. This place is 10/10!!!
