Well I have stayed here before with a Friend, All was good then so I brought some Family member back, Last time no complaints, but this time, Food was very nice except 1 night we ate out as it was Mexican night and nothing really for us or 2 children,
I am a little annoyed with the non existent Clean sheets for all the 4 beds, for 7 nights stay. On the 1st day my grandaughter got Dirt on her bed, The cleaners were good, but NO clean sheets on any of our beds, all they did was swap the sheet onto another bed. This is how we new they had not changed our sheets, all week, as the dirty bed went from hers, and the next night to my gransons,,
They gave 2 Toilet rolls for 4 people, 2 adults and 2 children, My grandson got the runs one day so it all went straight away, We had to ask them for toilets rolls, but not understanding us they kept bringing clean towels, ,, I had to show a photo of what we wanted, lol, Then on our 2nd to last day, none again, so I went to a shop and had to buy some. I have IBS, so toilet rolls are a must, as I never know when I am gonna start, But we did feel as though they didnt want to give us more, If there are 4 plates, 4 sets of Cutlery, it would be better to give Toilet rolls for all Occupancy of rooms..
When we first went around the Pool on the first day, The bar man wouldnt take my payment, he said no you are all Inclusive, no I said, but he wouldnt have it, I didnt want a large bill at the end of our holiday, so I went to tell reception to inform them, It doesnt help with not having a coloured band to put on when checking in, So they know what board you are on .,,
On the day of checking out I paid 60 Euros to keep the room as the 12noon checkout and the flight being 9.30pm it was worth it. But later when our room key wouldnt work we went to Reception to get it fixed, and was told its because we should have checked out at 12 noon, The staff did not know we had paid the extra to keep the room, Whats going on there??
Other than that the hotel is still ok, and most staff were friendly, And the food is still as nice as it was last time I went with my friend, Plenty of choice, But kids are compaining, no chicken nuggets and childrens stuff other than Pizzas.
This will be our last visit, just on my Complaints,
